A few Questions

When most of us go into business we're really not thinking about the customer. Honestly, we're thinking how great it's going to be for people to pay us for providing them our product and how privileged they'll be to use it. That's wrong train of thought!

Ask yourself these five questions:

1. Am I giving the best possible value or benefit or advantage to my client?
2. Do I really care about my clients?
3. Am I focused in on my clients needs and desires at the highest level?
4. Am I and my company focused on providing the ultimate service to my clients?
5. Am I putting my clients interests above my own?

Here's the deal folks. If you want to be successful on and off-line you're going to have to realize one simple fact of successful business and that is this:

"It's all about the client, not you. It's all about the clients needs, not yours."

You should look at your clients or customers as very good and valued friends. Be concerned about them and have respect for them and their care. Remember, these folks are going to help you pay your house note, car payments, grow your business, send your kids to college, help you take that needed vacation. I think you get the idea.

Last, stop worrying. If you think about those questions and honestly answer them you'll find yourself making the necessary corrections in your business that'll have people beating down your door or website. Now be careful, you're going to see a change in your business almost immediately. Be prepare to see 30-50% growth in your online or offline business in a very short period of time. Hope this helps.

Keep the Focus!
